Instant Pot apple cobbler is the easy (and delicious) dessert you’ve been looking for!

Serve it up with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, and you’ve got a dessert that will have everyone in your family asking for a second helping! We love that this recipe uses cake mix, which is one of our all-time favorite tricks for making irresistible desserts that are also time-savers. No one will ever guess that this show-stopping apple cobbler was actually a breeze to make.”

cup (60 ml) water
- 2 (20-oz [566-g]) cans apple pie filling
- 11/2 tsp (4 g) ground cinnamon, divided
- 1 (15.25-oz [432-g]) box yellow cake mix
cup (114 g) unsalted butter, melted
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Place the water into the Instant Pot insert and top with the apple pie filling and 1⁄2 teaspoon of the cinnamon.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, butter and remaining cinnamon until crumbly.
Top the apples with the cake mixture and seal with the lid.
Turn the valve to the sealing position. Turn the Instant Pot on manual, high pressure for 10 minutes. Release the pressure manually by carefully moving the valve to venting.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
